Consent to personal data processing

An individual, by submitting an application on the website https://rusagro-prom.ru/en/ through feedback forms, acting freely, of their own free will and in their own interests, as well as confirming their legal capacity, provides their consent for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as Consent) to the Limited Liability Company Rusagroprom (INN (taxpayer identification number) 9701084453, address 105066, Moscow, Novorjazanskaya st., 26, building 1, floor 1, room II, office 9A), for the processing of their personal data under the following conditions:

  1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data, both without the use of automation tools and with their use.
  2. Consent is given for the processing of the following of my personal data: personal data that do not relate to a special category of personal data or to biometric personal data: email address (e-mail); last name, first name, patronymic; information about place of work; mobile phone number; information about the source from which the website was accessed (tag).
  3. Purpose of personal data processing: use of the website, interaction with the user.
  4. During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); retrieval; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
  5. Third parties do not process personal data on behalf of Rusagroprom LLC for the purpose specified in the Consent.
  6. Consent may be withdrawn by you or your representative by sending Rusagroprom LLC a written statement or an electronic statement signed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on electronic signatures, to the following email address: info@rusagro-prom.ru.
  7. If you or your representative withdraw Consent, Rusagroprom LLC is entitled to continue processing personal data without it, provided there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".
  8. This Consent is valid until the termination of the processing of personal data specified in clauses 6 and 7 of the Consent.
